SLR branched off from ERP concrete services, which have served the industry since 1991. ERP concrete services are concrete structural specialists that provide excellent foundations involving sub-base preparation, detailed excavations and reinforcement work for industrial, commercial, residential and civil projects. Being in the industry for over 30 years has ensured our top quality services are handled with professionalism and in adherence to the needs of our clients. With a strong foundation behind us, SLR Building Services have been recognised as a regional leader in the industry. Through our traditional construction methods and our innovative approach to cutting edge technology, we deliver to our clients’ reliable solutions to their most complex construction challenges.

SLR Building Services Pty Ltd. (SLR) was established in April 2009.

One of the many strengths of the company has been the direct involvement of our managing directors; managing day-to-day operations of the business and their hands-on approach in the field.  The company has been involved in a variety of projects with a wide range of both private and Government clients, often on a whole construction project basis, involving planning, design, preparation of DA and Construction Certificates, site works, services, and fit-out, as well as construction of the complex building structure from foundation to completion.
